(a) This section applies only to an eligible entity that is an individual.\n(b) The amount of loss that may be compensated for damages to an individual's property:\n(1) must be at least five hundred dollars ($500); and\n(2) may not be more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).\n(c) Only one (1) individual per residence is eligible for compensation under this section.","path":["TITLE 10.
