An individual serving in the military police force of the Indiana National Guard who is authorized to exercise police powers under section 3 of this chapter may:\n(1) make an arrest;\n(2) conduct a search or seizure of a person or property;\n(3) carry a firearm; and\n(4) exercise other police powers with respect to the enforcement of Indiana laws.","path":["TITLE 10.
