(a) The reviewing authority shall designate:\n(1) the jail of any county; and\n(2) when ordered out of the state for duty, an appropriate place of confinement;\nas the place where any sentence of confinement by a military court shall be executed.\n(b) Unless the commanding officer who ordered the sentence directs otherwise, a sentence of confinement shall be served on a consecutive day basis.","path":["TITLE 10.
