(a) A person connected with the military service:\n(1) shall treat a court-martial with respect; and\n(2) in default of respectful consideration, may be proceeded against by arrest and trial.\n(b) A person who is not connected with the military service shall behave with respect and decorum toward a court-martial.\n(c) A person who engages in disorderly conduct in the presence of a court-martial commits a Class C infraction.","path":["TITLE 10.
