As used in this chapter, \"primary caregiver\" means an individual who:\n(1) is at least eighteen (18) years of age;\n(2) is:\n(A) the veteran's:\n(i) spouse;\n(ii) parent or stepparent;\n(iii) son, daughter, stepson, or stepdaughter;\n(iv) brother, sister, stepbrother, or stepsister;\n(v) niece or nephew;\n(vi) aunt or uncle;\n(vii) daughter-in-law or son-in-law; or\n(viii) grandparent; or\n(B) currently residing with the veteran on a full-time basis; and\n(3) provides care for the veteran, including:\n(A) personal care services;\n(B) essential household services; or\n(C) everyday basic care.","path":["TITLE 10.
