The state or a county recorder may collect a charge per copy of not more than the amount specified in IC 36-2-7-10(c)(5) if a person requests more than one (1) certified copy of a document or record under section 2 of this chapter. The funds received under this section by the:\n(1) state, shall be placed in the state general fund; and\n(2) county recorder, shall be placed in the county recorder's records perpetuation fund established under IC 36-2-7-10(g).","path":["TITLE 10.
