As used in this chapter, \"prisoner of war or person missing in action\" means a person who:\n(1) was a resident of Indiana at the time the person entered service of the United States armed forces; and\n(2) while serving in the United States armed forces, was declared a prisoner of war or a person missing in action as established by the United States Secretary of Defense after January 1, 1960.","path":["TITLE 10.
