(a) The superintendent shall furnish an individual public official bond in an amount determined by the director, payable to the state and conditioned upon the faithful performance of the superintendent's duties.\n(b) A bond required under this section is subject to the approval of the insurance commissioner and shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state.","path":["TITLE 10.
