(a) The department shall do the following:\n(1) Keep a record of the commission's proceedings.\n(2) Make a quarterly report for public use that includes the following:\n(A) A detailed account of the expenditures of the department to administer this chapter.\n(B) A summary that includes:\n(i) a statement of all contracts let;\n(ii) the name of the person to whom the contracts were let; and\n(iii) the amount of each contract.\n(b) The report required under subsection (a) must be filed with the state comptroller.\n(c) Reports created and filed under this section are public records.","path":["TITLE 10.
