Money recovered or accrued under this chapter shall be used:\n(1) to keep:\n(A) the State Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument and subsidiary monuments; or\n(B) the Monument Circle and its decorations and improvements;\nin repair; and\n(2) to restore any parts of the monuments or the Monument Circle that have been broken, destroyed, removed, or injured.","path":["TITLE 10.
