The county executive shall:\n(1) provide a fund necessary for the:\n(A) management;\n(B) maintenance;\n(C) repair; and\n(D) improvement;\nof any county world war memorial;\n(2) pay its part of the cost of:\n(A) management;\n(B) maintenance;\n(C) repair; and\n(D) improvement;\nof any joint county and city world war memorial, as determined by contract; and\n(3) raise money for the fund by taxation in the manner provided by law for all other county expenses.","path":["TITLE 10.
