(a) A county executive may allow any organizations of soldiers, sailors, and marines, and others to use any structure that is part of a world war memorial constructed under this chapter as a place for meetings and headquarters.\n(b) A county executive may allow a structure at a world war memorial to be used for any public purposes.\n(c) A county executive shall determine the terms and conditions of leasing space at a world war memorial under this section, including:\n(1) whether to charge rent; and\n(2) if rent is charged, the rental price.","path":["TITLE 10.
