The director has the authority to carry out the responsibilities of the department. The director:\n(1) serves at the governor's pleasure;\n(2) is entitled to receive compensation in an amount set by the governor; and\n(3) is qualified by education and experience to administer the affairs of the department.","path":["TITLE 10.
