The following terms are defined for this chapter:\n(1) \"Accredited nonpublic school\" means a nonpublic school that:\n(A) has voluntarily become accredited under IC 20-31-4.1; or\n(B) is accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency that is recognized by the state board of education.\n(2) \"Charter school\" has the meaning set forth in IC 20-24-1-4.\n(3) \"Department\" refers to the department of homeland security established by IC 10-19-2-1.\n(4) \"School corporation\" has the meaning set forth in IC 20-26-2-4.","path":["TITLE 10.
