A charter school, accredited nonpublic school, or school corporation that has a teacher, staff member, or employee who is:\n(1) currently employed by:\n(A) a charter school;\n(B) an accredited nonpublic school; or\n(C) a school corporation;\n(2) not currently subject to:\n(A) an administrative suspension or investigation;\n(B) a disciplinary complaint or disciplinary investigation;\n(C) a criminal investigation or prosecution; or\n(D) any proceeding or investigation comparable to those described in clauses (A) through (C); and\n(3) authorized by:\n(A) a school board (as defined by IC 20-26-9-4); or\n(B) the body that administers an accredited nonpublic school or a charter school established under IC 20-24;\nto carry a firearm in or on school property;\nmay apply to the department for a grant from the Indiana secured school fund established by IC 10-21-1-2.","path":["TITLE 10.
