{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-16-18-2-214","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 16-18-2-214","heading":"\"Locker plant\"","body":"Sec. 214. \"Locker plant\", for purposes of IC 16-42, means a location or an establishment in which space in individual lockers is rented to individuals for the storage of food at not more than forty-five (45) degrees Fahrenheit and that has at least one (1) of the following facilities:\n(1) A chill room.\n(2) Sharp freezing facilities.\n(3) Facilities for cutting, preparing, wrapping, and packaging meats and meat products, fruits, and vegetables.","path":["TITLE 16.
