{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-16-18-2-252","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 16-18-2-252","heading":"\"Nonprofit hospital corporation\"","body":"Sec. 252. \"Nonprofit hospital corporation\" means a corporation that:\n(1) is organized and doing business under IC 23-17;\n(2) is authorized by the corporation's charter to and does own and operate a hospital;\n(3) is licensed under IC 16-21; and\n(4) operates the hospital as a charitable or benevolent institution making the hospital's services available to persons unable to pay to the extent of the hospital's financial ability to do so.","path":["TITLE 16.
