{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-16-18-2-306.7","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 16-18-2-306.7","heading":"\"Rape or incest\"","body":"Sec. 306.7. \"Rape or incest\", for purposes of IC 16-34, means:\n(1) sexual intercourse with another person if the other person is related to the person biologically as a parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew;\n(2) rape (IC 35-42-4-1);\n(3) child molesting (IC 35-42-4-3);\n(4) child seduction (IC 35-42-4-7); or\n(5) sexual misconduct with a minor (IC 35-42-4-9);\neven if a person has not been charged with or convicted of the act or offense. The term includes a delinquent act described in subdivisions (2) through (5) that would be a crime if committed by an adult.","path":["TITLE 16. HEALTH","ARTICLE 18.
