{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-16-18-2-320.5","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 16-18-2-320.5","heading":"\"Rural emergency hospital\"","body":"Sec. 320.5. \"Rural emergency hospital\" means a hospital that was, as of December 27, 2020, a federally certified critical access hospital, a rural hospital, or hospital treated as a rural hospital under Section 1886(d)(8)(E) of the Social Security Act, and meets the following requirements:\n(1) Does not have more than fifty (50) beds.\n(2) Is granted rural emergency hospital status by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.\n(3) Meets the requirements for a rural emergency hospital as set forth by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.\n(4) Is licensed as a rural emergency hospital under IC 16-21-2.","path":["TITLE 16.
