(a) \"Cosmetic\", for purposes of IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4, means:\n(1) articles intended to be rubbed, poured, sprinkled, or sprayed on, introduced into, or otherwise applied to the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance; and\n(2) articles intended for use as a component of any of those articles.\n(b) The term does not include soap.","path":["TITLE 16.
