(a) The state department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to carry out the purposes of this chapter.\n(b) Rules adopted under this section must include the following:\n(1) Remediation standards for a site that has been contaminated by the illegal manufacture of a controlled substance.\n(2) The procedure for the issuance of a certification of decontamination by a qualified inspector under section 3(a) of this chapter.\n(3) Requirements for the documentation of remediation required by section 3(b) of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 16.
