The state department shall accept an application for a construction permit that is submitted by an applicant by either of the following methods:\n(1) The applicant may submit an application to the department that is a combined application for:\n(A) a construction permit under this chapter; and\n(B) a design release under IC 22-15-3.\n(2) The applicant may submit separate applications for:\n(A) a construction permit to the state department; and\n(B) a design release under IC 22-15-3 to the department.\nNot later than the next business day, the department shall provide a copy of the application submitted under subdivision (1) to the state department to initiate processing of the construction permit under this chapter.","path":["TITLE 16.
