(a) Before June 30, 2026, the office of management and budget shall conduct the study described in section 4 of this chapter, using the methodology that was reviewed by the budget committee.\n(b) The office of management and budget shall submit a report to the governor and to the general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 of the office of management and budget's findings under the study.","path":["TITLE 16.
