The state shall reimburse a hospital, including a hospital operated under IC 16-22-8 that treats or cares for a patient with tuberculosis, an amount determined by the state department under section 2 of this chapter if no other sources of reimbursement are available for that patient, including the following:\n(1) Patient resources.\n(2) Health insurance.\n(3) Medical assistance payments.\n(4) Hospital care for the indigent.","path":["TITLE 16.
