A lease executed under this chapter may provide for the payment of the lease rental in one (1) of the following ways:\n(1) Entirely from the levy of taxes.\n(2) Entirely from the net revenues of the hospital of which the leased building or buildings are a part.\n(3) In part from the levy of taxes and in part from the net revenues as fixed and set forth in the lease.\n(4) From a cumulative building fund established by the lessee under any of the following:\n(A) IC 16-12-16 (before its repeal on July 1, 1993).\n(B) IC 16-12.1-4-4 (before its repeal on July 1, 1993).\n(C) IC 16-22-5.","path":["TITLE 16.
