For the purposes of this chapter, county executive action or approval for the appropriation and expenditure of county tax money includes approval by the county fiscal body. A lease entered into by the county executive with the hospital building authority or association is not valid or binding on the county unless the lease is approved by a majority vote of the county fiscal body.","path":["TITLE 16.
