(a) The board consists of seven (7) members chosen at large from the county in which the corporation is established.\n(b) To be eligible to be selected or serve as a member of the board, an individual must have the following qualifications:\n(1) Be a resident in the county.\n(2) Have been a continued resident in the county for not less than three (3) years immediately preceding the first day of the member's term.","path":["TITLE 16.
