This chapter applies to a nonprofit hospital corporation:\n(1) in a city having a population of:\n(A) more than one hundred ten thousand (110,000) and less than one hundred fifty thousand (150,000); or\n(B) more than one hundred thousand (100,000) and less than one hundred ten thousand (110,000);\n(2) in a city without a city hospital or other means for furnishing the city's citizens hospital care; and\n(3) that owns property in the city that:\n(A) is used for hospital purposes; and\n(B) has a value of at least four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000).","path":["TITLE 16.
