A city may do the following:\n(1) Appropriate money to the hospital for support and maintenance.\n(2) Aid in the support of the hospital by the levy and collection of a special tax, not exceeding two and thirty-three hundredths cents ($0.0233) on each one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of the taxable property of the city.\n(3) Give other aid and support in the maintenance of the hospital in the manner that the city fiscal body considers proper.","path":["TITLE 16.
