The board of trustees may construct and equip the necessary buildings for the hospital with:\n(1) accommodations for not less than two hundred (200) patients; and\n(2) offices, quarters for officers, nurses, and employees, and other necessary appurtenances.\nThe buildings must be specially designed and equipped for the application of the most approved methods in the diagnosis and medical and surgical treatment of afflicted children.","path":["TITLE 16.
