(a) For purposes of this chapter, a:\n(1) hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2;\n(2) health facility licensed under IC 16-28-2; or\n(3) home health agency licensed under IC 16-27-1;\nthat operates a hospice program in Indiana must be approved by the state department under this chapter but is not required to have a hospice license.\n(b) A person not described in subsection (a) who provides hospice services in Indiana must be licensed by the state department under this chapter.","path":["TITLE 16.
