(a) The state department shall investigate a report of an unlicensed personal services agency operation and report its findings to the attorney general.\n(b) The attorney general may do the following:\n(1) Seek an injunction in the circuit or superior court of the county in which the unlicensed home health agency is located.\n(2) Prosecute violations under section 23 of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 16.
