(a) A nurse aide training program shall employ instructors who meet the requirements of 42 CFR 483.152.\n(b) The state department shall certify individuals who meet the requirements described in subsection (a) as certified nurse aide instructors. The state department shall establish a procedure for the certification of instructors under this section.\n(c) Certification under this section is valid for two (2) years and may be renewed in the manner prescribed by the commission.","path":["TITLE 16.
