(a) An individual may not:\n(1) profess to be a certified nurse aide; or\n(2) use the initials \"CNA\" or any other words, letters, abbreviations, or insignia indicating or implying that the individual is a certified nurse aide;\nunless the individual holds a certification under this chapter.\n(b) An individual who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class A misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 16.
