A facility may restrict an established plan of visitation by an essential family caregiver for any of the following:\n(1) The essential family caregiver's violation of the rules set forth in the individualized plan established under section 6 of this chapter.\n(2) The essential family caregiver's positive screening test for a length of time, as established by federal or state guidelines.","path":["TITLE 16.
