Except as allowed in this chapter and under IC 16-28-2.5 until its expiration:\n(1) comprehensive care beds may not be added;\n(2) comprehensive care beds may not be transferred;\n(3) certification of a comprehensive care bed to participate in the state Medicaid program may not be added or transferred;\n(4) comprehensive care health facilities may not be constructed; and\n(5) beds may not be converted to comprehensive care beds.","path":["TITLE 16.
