(a) As used in this chapter, \"comprehensive care bed\" means a bed in a comprehensive care health facility that:\n(1) is licensed or is to be licensed under IC 16-28-2; or\n(2) functions as a bed licensed under IC 16-28-2.\n(b) The term does not include comprehensive care beds in a hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2.","path":["TITLE 16.
