(a) The:\n(1) attorney general;\n(2) prosecuting attorney; or\n(3) commission;\nmay, in accordance with the Indiana laws governing injunctions, maintain an action in the name of the state to enjoin a person from violating this article or the rules adopted under this article.\n(b) An injunction issued under this section does not relieve a person from criminal prosecution under this article or the rules adopted under this article. An injunctive remedy is in addition to any remedy provided for the criminal prosecution of a violation of this article or the rules adopted under this article.","path":["TITLE 16.
