(a) As used in this chapter, \"any other disability\" means any disease, defect, or disorder that is genetically inherited. The term includes the following:\n(1) A physical disability.\n(2) A mental or intellectual disability.\n(3) A physical disfigurement.\n(4) Scoliosis.\n(5) Dwarfism.\n(6) Down syndrome.\n(7) Albinism.\n(8) Amelia.\n(9) A physical or mental disease.\n(b) The term does not include a lethal fetal anomaly.","path":["TITLE 16.
