As used in this chapter, \"mandatory reporter\" means any person providing health care services, including:\n(1) a physician;\n(2) a surgeon;\n(3) a physical therapist;\n(4) a psychiatrist;\n(5) a psychologist;\n(6) a medical resident;\n(7) a medical intern;\n(8) hospital staff;\n(9) a licensed nurse;\n(10) a nurse's aide;\n(11) any emergency medical technician;\n(12) a paramedic; and\n(13) any:\n(A) employee;\n(B) staff member; or\n(C) volunteer;\nat a reproductive health care facility.","path":["TITLE 16.
