(a) The state department is designated as the state agency to cooperate with the federal government in the administration of the provisions of Part I of Title 5 and of Title 6 of the federal Social Security Act.\n(b) The state department shall cooperate with the proper departments of the federal government in the enforcement and administration of:\n(1) the provisions of;\n(2) amendments to; and\n(3) regulations issued under;\nthe federal Social Security Act in the manner prescribed in this chapter or as otherwise provided by law.","path":["TITLE 16.
