A health care provider who in good faith and in accordance with reasonable medical standards:\n(1) participates in the withholding or withdrawal of CPR from a declarant:\n(A) by whom an out of hospital DNR declaration and order has been executed under this chapter; or\n(B) who has revoked an out of hospital DNR declaration and order when the health care provider has no notice of the revocation; or\n(2) provides CPR to a declarant:\n(A) when the health care provider has no notice of the out of hospital DNR declaration and order; or\n(B) after a revocation of an out of hospital DNR declaration and order;\nis not subject to criminal or civil liability and may not be found to have committed an act of unprofessional conduct.","path":["TITLE 16.
