(a) Except as provided in subsection (c) or (d) or as otherwise provided, a person who recklessly violates or fails to comply with this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.\n(b) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.\n(c) A person who:\n(1) is licensed under IC 25 in a profession listed in section 3.1(c) of this chapter; and\n(2) recklessly violates or fails to comply with this chapter;\nis subject only to sanctions under IC 25-1-9-4(a)(3).\n(d) The state department may not begin sanctioning a person for failing to submit a document in electronic format as required in section 3.1 of this chapter until January 1, 2012.","path":["TITLE 16.
