If a paternity affidavit executed under section 2.1 of this chapter is filed with a local health officer, the local health officer shall do the following:\n(1) Correct the local record of birth by adding the name of the father to the certificate of birth.\n(2) File a copy of the affidavit with the report required by IC 16-37-1-6.","path":["TITLE 16.
