As used in this chapter, \"chronic disease\" means one (1) of the following conditions:\n(1) Asthma.\n(2) Diabetes.\n(3) Congestive heart failure or coronary heart disease.\n(4) Hypertension.\n(5) Kidney disease.\n(6) Parkinson's disease.\n(7) A condition that the state department:\n(A) determines should be included on the registry; and\n(B) chooses to add to the registry by rule under IC 4-22-2.","path":["TITLE 16.
