A person shall have written policies and procedures that include at least the following:\n(1) The requirements of this chapter.\n(2) The sanctions for failing to comply with the requirements of this chapter, including the discipline and dismissal of a person.\n(3) The instruction and materials concerning this chapter to a person before the person is likely to be exposed to infectious waste.\n(4) Documentation concerning instruction provided under subdivision (3).\n(5) A procedure for providing records to the state department for inspection under section 9 of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 16.
