(a) As used in this section, \"toilet units\" means commodes and urinals.\n(b) When coin lock controls are used in public restrooms:\n(1) at least one-half (1/2) of the toilet units must be free of charge; and\n(2) the number of free toilet units available to women must equal the number of free toilet units available to men.","path":["TITLE 16.
