The state department may license a temporary mobile home community for a period of six (6) months and waive the requirements of this chapter if:\n(1) the failure to comply with this chapter is:\n(A) for a temporary period of time; and\n(B) required by public convenience; and\n(2) the operation of the mobile home community will not jeopardize the health and welfare of the occupants of the mobile home community or the public.","path":["TITLE 16.
