The owner, operator, or caretaker of a mobile home community may eject a person from the premises for any of the following reasons:\n(1) Nonpayment of charges or fees for accommodations.\n(2) Violation of law or disorderly conduct.\n(3) Violation of a rule of the state department relating to mobile home communities.\n(4) Violation of a rule of the mobile home community that is publicly posted within the mobile home community.","path":["TITLE 16.
