In addition to any other requirement applicable to a mobile home community under this chapter, an industrialized residential structure may be located in a mobile home community if all of the following conditions are met:\n(1) The industrialized residential structure is certified under IC 22-15-4.\n(2) The industrialized residential structure is placed on a lot that is not used for a mobile home or manufactured home within the mobile home community.\n(3) The industrialized residential structure complies with all requirements related to:\n(A) utility line placement;\n(B) adequate site drainage;\n(C) spacing and setbacks;\n(D) minimum recreation area;\n(E) water, sewer, or septic service; and\n(F) any other similar requirement;\nto which a mobile home or manufactured home in a mobile home community is subject.","path":["TITLE 16.
